$5.5 Million Dollar Jury verdict against the nation's four largest tobacco companies for a 48 year old non-smoking flight attendant who suffered chronic sinusitis as a result of second hand smoke she inhaled when smoking was permitted on airplanes. The verdict made national and international news and was the first, and is currently the only, second hand smoke verdict in favor of a plaintiff in the United States. $850,000 settlement for a 48 year old Florida woman who suffered injuries to her breasts while on vacation in New York City, after falling through the open doors of a sidewalk storage vault fronting a shop entrance in Chinatown. Mr. Weinstein is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, and filed this lawsuit in Federal Court in New York City.

$650,000 settlement in a medical malpractice case for a 34 year old man who was forced to undergo further back surgery in order to find and repair a spinal fluid leak caused by the defendant doctor during an initial (necessary) back surgery.

$635,000 settlement for the family of an 88 year old man who suffered bed sores in an assisted living facility before he passed away.
